Pocket Luach Deluxe Privacy Policy for Apple Platforms

Pocket Luach Deluxe does not track you, sell personal information, use advertising identifiers, or show advertising. Data described below is used only to provide app functionality and customer support.
Calendar, location, and personal features
- Location: If you allow location access, the app uses precise location to calculate local Jewish times, a prayer direction, and related calendar information. You can choose a saved location instead.
- Contacts and names: When you explicitly choose contact-based or saved-birthday features, the app uses the selected name, birthday, and contact reference to create and refresh the requested personal entry. It does not upload your address book for advertising or tracking.
- Personal events and Tehillim: Names, dates, event details, and Personal Tehillim entries are stored for the features you request. Some compatible features may use your private Apple iCloud account for synchronization.
- Photos and videos: Media is accessed only when you choose a feature that uses it, attach it to a support request, or provide it as personal event content.
- Tefillin Mirror: The optional mirror is off until you open it and grant Camera access. Its live front-camera image is mirrored on the device. The app does not record, save, analyze, or transmit the image.
Contact Support
Pocket Luach Deluxe includes an optional HelpKit support feature. When you deliberately start a support conversation, the service may process:
- your name and support profile;
- your support message and other content you choose to send;
- an optional photo, video, screenshot, or file attachment;
- opaque user and device identifiers used to keep the conversation connected; and
- limited product-interaction and diagnostic information needed to investigate the request.
This information is linked to your support conversation and is used only for app functionality and customer support. It is not used for tracking or advertising.
Support content is transmitted through Apple's CloudKit services using HelpKit's protected support workflow. The developer retains it only as needed to answer the request, maintain the support history, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion through Contact Support in the app or by emailing haim@tebeka.com.
Offline prayer and calendar texts
Siddur, Tehillim, Torah-reading schedules, and related source materials are bundled for offline use. Opening or searching these texts does not transmit the prayer text you read. Source and license acknowledgements are available from the app's Sources page.
Apple services
Apple may process information under Apple's own privacy policy when you use the App Store, iCloud, CloudKit, Contacts, Photos, Location, Camera, Maps, notifications, or other operating-system services. You can withdraw Camera, Contacts, Photos, or Location permission at any time in Apple device Settings. You can remove locally stored app data by deleting the app; iCloud information is controlled through your Apple account and compatible app settings.
Children
Pocket Luach Deluxe is a general-audience calendar and prayer utility. It is not designed to collect personal information from children. A child should use Contact Support only with a parent or guardian.
Changes and contact
